You are welcomed to our practice by the friendly faces of optical assistants; Florence, Louise and Natalie. They will help you select the ideal frames and lenses for your prescription, lifestyle and budget, and will ensure that they are a perfect fit. They will also be your first point of contact when you call our practice to book an appointment, and are happy to help with any queries that you may have.
Florence has over thirty-five years experience in this field, having worked in the practice with founding optician Mr McBride. She brings a wealth of optical knowledge to the practice and is a marvel at putting a name to a face, always remembering each and every one of our customers’ names.
Louise has worked at McBride and McCreesh Opticians for nine years, and is key to our accounts and administration. She also manages our orders for contact lenses and glasses, and supports the rest of the team.
Natalie is responsible for buying new frames at the practice, and helps customers choose their glasses, ensuring both comfort and fit every time. Natalie also makes certain all our patients leave our practice happy and confident with their new eyewear; whether that be glasses, contact lenses or sunglasses.
